What not to eat before going to bed?

Sweets- If you have habit of taking sweets in after your dinner or before going to bed then remove it fast. It may make your mouth sweet but do not give you enough sleep. These food have high amount of sugar in it.
Junk food- There are many people who have junk food feeling bore to cook food. But these junk food have high amount of fats and sugar. But having sugar and fats at night make you gain weight increasing the amount of fat in the body.
Fruit’s juice- Drinking fruit juice before going to bed is considered bad. The juice of orange, grapes has very high amount of acid which bring the problem of chest pain. Also it has very high amount of sugar level which increase the risk of diabetes.
Chocolate- Chocolate contains caffeine in it. Dark chocolates have more caffeine in it. Taking food with caffeine make human tireless and make the digestion process very fast. It also make the body dehydrate. Tis kind of changes in the human system is not considered goo before sleeping.
Spicy food- The digestion process get very slow during the state of sleep. The spicy food take longs time to digest. IF you have these kinds of spicy foods then you may not have sound sleep at night. It also decrease the temperature of the body which is not considered good for the health.
Coffee- Having coffee after having dinner and before going to the bed is not very good health habit. It reduce the sleep when you drink it before going to the bed.

Alcohol- The alcoholic products is considered to give sound sleep commonly. But the great and sweet sleep mean not getting up in the night.
Red meat- Nuts, milk and cheese like foods have protein in balance way which give you very comfortable and sound sleep. But the red meat has very high protein. It generated the problem of loss of sleep. The amino acid in the red meat keeps the mind attentive and do not let you have sleep.
Some vegetables- Fruits and vegetables are very good for health. But there are some fruits and vegetable which do not give you sleep when you eat is before going to bed. The component found in cauliflowers and broccoli weaken the tryptophan named amino acid generated in the brain. Tryptophan is necessary for sound and proper sleep. Therefore cabbage, peas, white mushrooms, tomatoes should be taken as far as possible in dinner.
